Newer windows such as Windows 7, windows 8 and windows 10 has the feature to share files between user profiles or user accounts. This feature is useful when the computer is shared between user accounts or the computer is shared and has multiple user accounts. This would also be ideal, if you created a new user account and wants to transfer or copy the files from the old account to the new account.
